good work on the initiative, novan. better this than nothing.
nonetheless it’s a complete disgrace that JP’s news dissemination should be reduced to this. i don’t know the problem, of course, but i could guess that it’s not just about hardware, but about the ramshackle programming that has been used on the JP site for so many years.
i truly hope the powers that be in the JP wake up to the fact that the internet is both now, and the future, and significant resources have just got to be moved to support it properly.

A few questions from a blog idiot
How do you keep the spammers from eating you alive? i\’ve seen blogs with nothing but spam postings.
How do you keep some left wing extremist from posting racist or defamatory rhetoric? and if you cant stop them, what are you legally liabel when they do?
can viruses be posted to blogs?
